Amanda and Tyler’s Grace Episcopal Church Wedding

Filed in Wedding — September 19, 2017

What a complete joy it was to be a part of Amanda and Tyler’s gorgeous wedding at Grace Episcopal Church this past summer. It was wonderful to work with this sweet and down to earth couple leading up to their wedding day.

Grace is the church where Rev. Pat works as the wedding coordinator, so it was so much fun to have Rev. Sarah be the wedding officiant in the front of the church and Pat helping out in the back of the church getting the wedding party down the aisle. Adding to that team of pros was Katie Ricard Photography (katiericard.com). She did an outstanding job of capturing this beautiful couples big day. Thanks Katie for sharing these beautiful images with us.

What does Koru mean?

KORU (kor-roo) is the Maori word for “loop.” For the indigenous people of New Zealand, the koru spiral represents a fern frond beginning to unfurl. The koru symbol embodies new beginnings, a new phase of life, renewal, hope for the future, positive change, personal growth, working in harmony, bringing people together, and being mindful of the good things in life.

At Koru Ceremony, we strive to personify these ideals and celebrate a new beginning through ceremony and ritual.
