Elly and Nate’s Farm Wedding

Filed in Review, Wedding — July 18, 2017

Elly and Nate were married on July 1, 2017, in Lancaster, WI, surrounded by their close family and friends with the sun shining upon them and a strong wind singing their praises. They are truly a remarkable couple filled with love and respect for each other. It was an honor to play a part in their commitment to each other as the Wedding Officiant from Koru Ceremony: Celebrating New Beginnings.

Elly and Nate chose Vesperman Farms for their wedding ceremony and reception. A beautiful venue and very supportive staff.

Here is what Elly shared on Wedding Wire

Sarah with Koru Ceremonies was an excellent officiant. The process that Koru uses to build a unique ceremony is well worth the money. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us stay organized every step of the way. We would highly recommend Koru Ceremonies to anyone who is looking for an officiant who will go the extra mile.

What does Koru mean?

KORU (kor-roo) is the Maori word for “loop.” For the indigenous people of New Zealand, the koru spiral represents a fern frond beginning to unfurl. The koru symbol embodies new beginnings, a new phase of life, renewal, hope for the future, positive change, personal growth, working in harmony, bringing people together, and being mindful of the good things in life.

At Koru Ceremony, we strive to personify these ideals and celebrate a new beginning through ceremony and ritual.
