As we look at 2024 in the rearview mirror, it was a year filled with love and unforgettable moments. We celebrated 19 wonderful years of Koru Ceremony and had the honor of officiating 116 weddings this past year. The Rings of Each Year
Like wedding bands, which symbolize an eternal circle, each year begins anew while carrying the weight of its past. Just as rings are crafted through the intense labor of melting, molding, and polishing raw materials, a meaningful life is shaped through hard work, resilience, and transformation.
To create a ring, rock is extracted from the Earth. Metal is melted in a furnace at a temperature of a thousand degrees, then shaped, cooled, and meticulously polished. Similarly, a good life is beautiful and crafted from raw materials, coming from humble beginnings and shaped by imperfect beings.
